A stakeholder is any group or individual in a group that can have an influence on the company, and can be influenced by the organisation. This is a two-way street as company’s communication and actions can trigger stakeholder behaviour. Our trainings zoom in on the importance for a company maintain effective relationships with their various stakeholders. That can be achieved through effective communication i.e two-way communication. Where both parties understand the intended messages and feedback is supreme.
