Currently charged with the responsibilities of Programmes Manager and Radio Broadcaster at an East London based radio station, Kumkani FM. This learned media enthusiast has his eyes set on sharing his wealth of knowledge with other enthusiats in the industry.
Mr Brown as he is affectionately known by his listeners holds a BA Honours degree in Integrated Organisational Communication (IOC), BA Communication Science and International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL). Through out his radio carrier he has hosted, co-hosted and produced different shows (these include sports shows, special shows during elections, afternoon and morning drive) earning him the respect of many in his field.
His experience goes far beyond what listeners hear on the radio, he also trains young broadcasters, oversees content production and works hand-in-hand with the marketing team of his radio station to grow listenership.

A Public Relations Lecturer/ Specialist by profession at Rosebank College, Durban Campus. This academic is passionate about the field with his primary focus on Issues and Crisis Management as well as change communication.
Well versed in company's failure to recognize and deal with issues before they blow up into crises or the failure to effectively communicate during a crisis. Mr Msileni has made it his forte to train organisations on these fields as well as how to proactively embrace public relations/ corporate communications within a company.
This IIE lecturer holds a BA Honours degree in Integrated Organisational Communication (IOC), BA Communication Science and International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL). He's had his fair share in Industry as well as in the tertiary eduction sector. Having work for the East London Industrial Development Zone (East London IDZ) and the University of South Africa (UNISA) respectively.
